Key Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN or LPN license required
- Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with school staff, students, and families
- Capacity to manage care for students from kindergarten through high school
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily health care support to students, addressing acute health issues and chronic condition management
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed for students, following all safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with families and outside providers as needed
- Promote healthy habits and provide health education to the school community
