Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
- Ability to respond to medical emergencies and administer routine care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong commitment to student safety and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight and care for a student during daily transport to and from school
- Perform ongoing health assessments and respond quickly to any medical needs en route and on campus
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe, supportive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, and follow established protocols
- Serve as an advocate for the health needs of the student, ensuring compliance with all relevant health plans
This contract role offers a consistent weekday schedule, with 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The assignment is conveniently located near Brockton, MA.
