Qualifications:
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license, valid for Massachusetts
- Strong background in pediatric or school nursing

- Ability to work independently and respond calmly under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and monitor students with medical needs during transportation to and from school
- Administer medications and provide interventions as stipulated in individual health plans
- Effectively communicate with school personnel, families, and transportation staff regarding students' health and care
- Document assessments, interventions, and health updates clearly and promptly
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment during all phases of transport
- Respond swiftly to any medical situations or emergencies that arise during transit
