This contract opportunity is conveniently situated near Boston and involves supporting one student with a tracheostomy, riding the van to and from school with the student, and providing skilled pediatric nursing every school day.

Your skills will make a daily difference, both in school and during transport, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of a young learner who depends on expert care.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Pediatric nursing experience, ideally in a school or similar setting
• Strong clinical skills to provide trach care, monitor students health status, and respond quickly to health needs
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach with students and families
• Ability to work independently and as a trusted team member within a school environment

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care to a student with a trach throughout the school day
• Ride the van with the student to and from school, providing support during transport
• Administer medications, monitor health status, and perform necessary interventions as required
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support the students educational and health needs
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in accordance with regulatory guidelines
