Providing essential healthcare services within a K-12 school setting, this role supports student health and wellness through a variety of clinical and educational nursing practices. Serving a caseload of multiple students daily, the nurse plays a vital role in promoting a healthy and safe learning environment. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required
- Preference for candidates with experience in hearing, vision, and spinal screenings

- Skills in pediatric emergency response and health education are valuable assets
Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct nursing care and support to students across all grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conducting health screenings such as hearing, vision, and spinal assessments

- Educating students and staff on health practices and wellness promotion
