Job Description
Providing specialized nursing care within a middle school setting, this position requires a dedicated Registered Nurse licensed in Indiana, prepared to deliver 1:1 support for a student with tracheostomy needs. The role is full-time and onsite, positioned to begin immediately and continue through the end of the school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care and tracheostomy support to a middle school student.
- Monitor student health status and respond promptly to medical needs.
- Collaborate with educators and family to ensure optimal care and support.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and school policies.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license with BSN in the state of Indiana.
- Proven experience in pediatric nursing, preferably within a school or similar environment.
- Ability to work onsite within a school setting.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
