Desired Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted GA RN or LPN license
- Recent hands-on experience with tracheostomy care (within the past year)

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educational staff, students, and families
- Ability to remain calm and adapt quickly in dynamic school environments
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of student care and confidentiality
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized health support, with a particular focus on tracheostomy care, throughout the school day
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to address the student's ongoing medical needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care, observations, and interventions
- Respond to health emergencies and provide first aid as necessary
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment to support the students educational and developmental goals
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student health plans and daily updates
