A full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Atchison, KS. This contract role requires providing specialized nursing care within a public school environment, focusing on students with a variety of disabilities. The position offers a 40-hour workweek starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one nursing care to a student with a tracheostomy, as well as administering multiple tube feedings to several other students throughout the day. The role demands precise attention to individual healthcare plans and strong collaboration with school staff to ensure the health and safety of students.
Key qualifications and experience include:
- Current Kansas LPN licensure is required.
