What We're Looking For:

• Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) with current credentials
• Experience in providing intensive, explicit, and systematic reading interventions
• Proficiency in virtual instructional techniques and technology platforms
• Strong background in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Knowledge of IEPs and experience collaborating within a school team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to student-centered, individualized instruction

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted, one-on-one reading intervention sessions virtually, using research-based strategies
• Tailor instruction to meet the unique learning profile and goals of the student
• Collect baseline data and continuously track student progress
• Maintain thorough records of sessions and progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with the student's case manager and educational team to align interventions with broader academic plans
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and recommendations
