Key Qualifications:
- Valid Wilson Reading Certification required
- Experience working as a Reading Specialist or similar instructional role
- Background in supporting elementary-level learners

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted reading interventions using the Wilson program
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate strategies
- Track and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
- Offer individualized support tailored to student learning profiles
- Communicate regularly with families about growth and ongoing goals
