• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and collect data on student progress
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges in classrooms and small groups
• Implement interventions under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Gather and record behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust tactics
• Deliver one-on-one or group instruction as outlined in students education plans

• Provide feedback and progress updates to teachers and supervisory staff as needed
