Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience in educational or school settings preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with accuracy and professionalism
- Skilled in data collection, reporting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, fostering positive behavioral change
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data throughout the school day
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student growth
- Contribute to a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere for all students
Role Details:
- Contract position for the 2026-2027 school year
- Full-time hours (35 37.5 hours per week)
