Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in a school or educational setting
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to document behavioral data accurately
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions aligned with ABA strategies
• Collect and record detailed behavioral data to track student progress
• Assist in developing and updating individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support students in classrooms and other school settings to encourage successful participation and social interaction
• Contribute to team meetings, providing input on student progress and strategies
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that empowers students to achieve their goals
