Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RBT certification
- Previous experience working with children or students, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to document behavioral data accurately
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one and small group interventions aligned with ABA strategies
- Collect and record detailed behavioral data to track student progress
- Assist in developing and updating individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Support students in classrooms and other school settings to encourage successful participation and social interaction
- Contribute to team meetings, providing input on student progress and strategies
- Foster a positive, supportive environment that empowers students to achieve their goals
