Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) School-Based

Were excited to hire a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate school-based opening.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistency, stability, and the chance to build meaningful relationships with students in an elementary setting.
Position Overview
- Opportunity to finish the current school year and continue through the summer
- Strong potential to roll into the 20262027 school year if the candidate is a good performer
Schedule Details
Current School Year (CSY):
- ASAP June 12, 2026
Summer Program:
- PD Days: June 2324 | 8:00 AM 3:30 PM (7.5 hours per day)

In-Service: July 6 August 6 (MondayThursday)
- 8:30 AM 2:00 PM
- (5.5 hours per day = 22 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral support in an elementary school setting
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers and staff to support student success
- Maintain a consistent and structured learning environment
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification (required)
- School-based experience (required)
- Strong experience working with elementary-aged students
- Ability to work onsite full-time
