Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid RBT certification
Previous experience working with children, especially in a school or clinical environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to collect, record, and summarize behavioral data
Professional, patient, and adaptable attitude when addressing the needs of students
Comfortable adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining confidentiality

Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, following individualized behavioral intervention plans
Accurately collect and document behavioral data for ongoing analysis
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavior analysts to adjust interventions as needed
Reinforce positive behaviors and help students develop appropriate social and academic skills
Attend and participate in team meetings as directed
