Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current RBT certification and related experience working with children or adolescents
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, school staff, and families
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
- Experience in an educational, clinical, or pediatric setting is a valuable plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Work directly with students one-on-one or in small group environments to reinforce positive behaviors and academic success
- Collect and accurately report behavioral data and progress notes
- Participate in team meetings to review student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Provide ongoing support during classroom instruction, helping students achieve their individual goals
- Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional standards relevant to school-based practice
