What we're looking for:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Previous experience in Connecticut schools preferred
Skill working with elementary and/or middle school-aged children
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
Ability to follow guidance from advisory staff and participate as a valued member of the support team
In this position, you will:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect and analyze data to inform student progress
Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families
Participate in advisory sessions to enhance professional growth
Maintain thorough documentation of interventions and student development
Support a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
