Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RBT credential required
- Demonstrated experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and compassion
- Strong documentation and data collection abilities
- Adaptable, patient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, implementing behavior support strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Monitor and record student behavioral data accurately
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of supportive classroom routines
- Collaborate proactively with educational staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Regularly communicate student progress and respond to feedback
- Support classroom teachers with implementing accommodations and behavioral strategies
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards
