Key Skills & Experience:

• Current RBT certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children or students with special needs preferred
• Familiarity with implementing behavior modification plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, students, and families
• Ability to maintain detailed, confidential documentation
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team setting

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA or educator
• Collect and record data accurately throughout all sessions and activities
• Support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational staff to reinforce strategies and positive behaviors
• Model positive, professional interactions with students
• Attend training sessions, team meetings, or school-based professional development as required
