Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric clients preferred

- Flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of students and the educational environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to students, implementing strategies outlined by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data and document student progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and related service providers to deliver comprehensive support
- Adapt and modify behavioral strategies to promote student success in a school setting
- Attend meetings, support team planning, and contribute insights for individualized educational plans
