Qualifications:

• Valid and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Previous experience working in Connecticut school settings highly preferred
• Experience supporting elementary and/or middle school students
• Solid understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students on assigned caseloads
• Collect and maintain detailed data on student progress and behavior
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervising BCBA to implement behavior intervention plans
• Participate in regular team meetings and support family communication, as needed
• Adjust strategies and interventions under supervision, ensuring alignment with student goals
• Contribute to a positive, supportive atmosphere for students and colleagues
