Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid RBT certification.
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic school setting.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach with students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Collect and document accurate behavioral data on student progress.
  • Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage appropriate behaviors.
  • Support students one-on-one or in small groups, assisting them to achieve targeted behavioral goals.
  • Maintain clear and respectful communication with school staff and student families.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
