Key Qualifications:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in educational or clinical settings
- Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
- Ability to follow and accurately implement behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and families
- Detail-oriented approach to data collection and progress note documentation
- Collaborative spirit and comfort working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, one-on-one behavioral interventions with students in classroom and/or small group environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans and ABA strategies with consistency and fidelity
- Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and skill acquisition
- Participate in team meetings and provide observations to inform ongoing intervention planning
- Support students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Assist in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
