Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Experience in school settings, preferably with middle school students
  • Proven ability to implement behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability for daily school routines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a male middle school student, providing individualized behavioral interventions
  • Support behavior management strategies to foster academic and social success
  • Guide the student through daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and supervisors to monitor progress
  • Collect and document behavioral data in accordance with established protocols
  • Help reinforce appropriate behaviors and encourage strategies for self-regulation
  • Adapt techniques and approaches as needed to meet evolving needs
