As an RBT, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact, working 1:1 with students and collaborating with educators to encourage positive behavioral growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification
- Experience supporting students in an academic setting, ideally across multiple grade levels (1st through 12th)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
- Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to adjust approach based on student needs
- Experience working 1:1 with students, especially in a special education or behavioral setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral support and reinforcement under the guidance of a supervising BCBA or licensed professional
- Collect accurate data on student behavior and progress
- Assist with developing and implementing strategies that promote positive behavioral change
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support educational and behavioral goals
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students to thrive academically and socially
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
