Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students across various grade levels, from 1st through 12th grade, in a school-based environment near Vallejo, CA. This contract role focuses on individualized (1:1) student support, working closely with school staff and families to promote positive behavioral development and academic advancement.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in educational or behavioral health settings is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students across multiple grade levels (elementary through high school)
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and proven ability to implement individualized plans
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability to address diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, 1:1 behavioral interventions as outlined in each student's individualized education or behavior intervention plan
• Collect, record, and summarize data on student behaviors and progress toward goals
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), educators, and families to adjust supports as needed
• Provide guidance and reinforcement to help students achieve academic, social, and behavioral milestones
• Participate in relevant staff meetings and professional development opportunities as directed
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
