Job Description

This contract position is based onsite and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a school community near Vallejo, CA. You'll work collaboratively with educators and support staff to deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current National Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience working with high school students or within educational settings is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to collect data, follow treatment plans, and document progress accurately
  • Collaborative mindset and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Support students in developing functional, social, and academic skills
  • Accurately collect and record data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure continuity and consistency of behavioral supports
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
  • Maintain ethical standards set forth by the BACB and school guidelines
