Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a dynamic, school-based setting near Upper Darby, PA. This full-time contract position runs from now through June 10, 2027, with several immediate openings offering 35 hours a week on-site at two supportive campuses.

Three positions support an Autistic Support classroom (K-2) where adaptability is essential as classroom needs evolve. Two additional roles are at a middle school site and are designated for male RBT candidates. Youll make a daily difference working with students with special needs and behavioral challengesthese experiences will sharpen your skills in a rewarding environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must be maintained independently of district supervision)
• School-based RBT experience is required
• Previous work supporting students with special needs, including behavioral and autism support
• PA state clearances (or the ability to obtain them)
• Comfortable in urban school environments and with changing classroom dynamics
• Reliable transportation and strong professional references are essential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct behavior intervention and support services to students in K-2 or middle school settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Track progress, document behavior data, and communicate updates regularly
• Flexibly respond to evolving student and classroom needs
• Uphold and maintain RBT certification, including all required supervision outside district resources
