What Were Seeking:
- Active NY credentials as an ABA, RBT, or BCBA
- Experience working with school-age children preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with school staff and families
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards in ABA practice
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to a 5th-grade student during scheduled school hours
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collect and analyze data to drive effective interventions
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support the student's progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and report regularly on outcomes
