Step into a rewarding, school-based contract position supporting students who benefit from behavior and ABA services. This opportunity places you onsite in a dynamic educational setting near Trenton, TN, working closely with a single school community. As an RBT, your expertise and compassion will make a real impacthelping students thrive and reach their goals throughout the 2026/2027 academic year, from September to June.

What We Seek:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license for Tennessee
• Previous experience providing ABA or behavior support to children or adolescents, especially within educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong documentation, observation, and communication skills
• Commitment to promoting positive behavioral change and fostering student success

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA support to students as directed by a BCBA and school staff
• Track progress, maintain accurate data, and provide detailed session notes
• Implement behavioral intervention plans and adjust strategies in coordination with the supervising team
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Engage in ongoing communication with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and goals
