Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working 1:1 with learners from first through twelfth grade. By providing evidence-based behavioral interventions, you will help shape positive academic and personal outcomes for students across multiple grade levels.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Experience providing ABA therapy or behavior support, preferably with school-aged children
  • Ability to work 1:1 with students from diverse backgrounds and grade levels (grades 112)
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with data collection and progress monitoring
  • High level of professionalism, patience, and adaptability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with individual students, implementing behavior intervention plans as directed
  • Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers to support student success
  • Consistently collect and document behavioral data for ongoing assessment
  • Utilize positive reinforcement to encourage productive behaviors and engagement
  • Help maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and team members
  • Adapt strategies to fit evolving student needs throughout the academic year
