Make a meaningful impact by supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician working 1:1 within a school setting near Torrance, CA. This contract position allows you to work directly with students across multiple grade levelsincluding 1st through 12th gradeshelping them achieve success throughout their academic journey.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Previous experience working in school environments or with children and adolescents preferred
• Ability to support students from elementary through high school (grades 112)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, students, and families
• Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting, delivering individualized behavioral interventions
• Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to student growth and well-being

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one behavior support to students in a classroom environment
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by supervising clinicians
• Track data and document student progress and behaviors appropriately
• Collaborate with educational staff to ensure consistent and effective behavior strategies
• Support students in social, emotional, and academic growth throughout their school day
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe learning atmosphere
