Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic school environments
- Recordkeeping and data collection abilities to document student progress
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Collect and track data on student behaviors to assist in progress monitoring and plan adjustments
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), special educators, and school staff to deliver coordinated care
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Offer support and guidance to students, encouraging positive behaviors and engagement during the school day
