Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassion, patience, and adaptability in dynamic school environments
  • Recordkeeping and data collection abilities to document student progress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral interventions and support to students per individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
  • Collect and track data on student behaviors to assist in progress monitoring and plan adjustments
  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), special educators, and school staff to deliver coordinated care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for student success
  • Offer support and guidance to students, encouraging positive behaviors and engagement during the school day
