Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working in a supportive school environment on a contract basis. Youll collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure students receive the behavioral support they need to thrive both academically and socially.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Previous experience providing ABA therapy, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, educators, and parents
  • Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans and collect data accurately
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility in adapting to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based ABA interventions directly with students, following guidelines and strategies set by supervising BCBA
  • Document and track student progress and behaviors, providing regular updates to the educational team
  • Support classroom staff by modeling behavioral strategies and providing feedback as needed
  • Assist with the generalization of learned behaviors across school settings
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to student planning discussions
