Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related needs
- Demonstrated understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collect data
- Skilled in collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral intervention services to students as outlined in treatment plans
- Accurately collect and maintain data during sessions
- Promote a supportive learning environment by reinforcing positive behaviors
- Assist in creating individualized behavior support strategies
- Communicate progress and observations with the supervising BCBA and school staff
- Participate in meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
