Job Description

Your commitment will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing 1:1 or group support under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and educators. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility
  • Experience as an RBT, Paraprofessional, or in a similar classroom support role
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior intervention strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a compassionate approach to working with students with diverse abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from supervising teachers and BCBAs

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct behavior intervention services as outlined in students individualized plans
  • Encouraging and modeling positive behaviors in classroom and small group settings
  • Collecting and documenting data to track student progress
  • Assisting with academic and functional learning activities
  • Maintaining open, constructive communication with educators, therapists, and families
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere
