Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
• Previous experience supporting children or students with developmental, behavioral, or learning challenges is a strong asset
• Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and ability to implement behavior intervention plans
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable, patient, and organized with strong record-keeping abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), special education staff, and classroom teachers to support student success
• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy and reinforcement based on prescribed intervention plans
• Track and document student progress, responding to feedback and adjusting strategies as needed
• Support the integration of students into classroom routines and activities
• Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all interactions
