Job Description

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one behavioral support and guidance within both resource and self-contained classroom environments.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Previous experience working with children or students in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention and data collection methods.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
  • Dedicated, patient, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Delivering 1:1 behavioral interventions and support for assigned students in both resource and self-contained classrooms.
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Accurately collecting and reporting data on student progress and behavioral goals.
  • Collaborating with educators and team members to support students academic, social, and behavioral growth.
  • Maintaining clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and program policies.
  • Adhering to ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards at all times.
