  • Collect and record data to monitor student performance and behavior patterns
  • Communicate observations, successes, and concerns with teachers, therapists, and family members where appropriate
  • Support the creation of a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
