Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current RBT certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally in a school or therapy setting
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

• Ability to maintain accurate data collection and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with students, delivering one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans, tracking progress and responding to behavior as guided by clinical staff
• Collect and record data to monitor student performance and behavior patterns
• Communicate observations, successes, and concerns with teachers, therapists, and family members where appropriate
• Support the creation of a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques when necessary
