Key Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification and active registry status
- Previous experience working with students or children with autism spectrum disorder or behavioral challenges
- Solid knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families
- Ability to track behavior data accurately and follow treatment protocols
- Professional reliability, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude
Core Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Deliver one-on-one and small group behavior intervention services within the classroom or designated learning spaces
- Utilize ABA strategies to encourage skill development in communication, social skills, and academics
- Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behaviors
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and regular supervision as required
- Support crisis interventions and assist in creating a safe, nurturing classroom setting
- Communicate regularly with school staff and families regarding student progress and challenges
