Job Description

Make a real difference in early childhood education as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) working with Pre-K and Kindergarten students. This rewarding contract opportunity offers a structured schedule from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and runs from now through June. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license is required
  • Experience or training in school-based settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong attendance and collaborate within a team
  • Enthusiasm for working with young learners, especially Pre-K and Kindergarten age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior intervention services as outlined in individualized education plans
  • Support classroom management and positive behavior strategies in collaboration with teachers and specialists
  • Collect and report behavioral data to guide program planning
  • Work one-on-one and in small groups, tailoring support to each student's unique needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes student learning and development
