Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment.
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, specialists, and families.
• Ability to implement behavioral intervention plans consistently and accurately.
• Flexibility to adapt to various student needs and dynamic classroom environments.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with students to reinforce behavioral plans designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect ongoing, accurate data on student behavior and progress.
• Implement positive reinforcement strategies and de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with school staff and participate in relevant meetings concerning student progress.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular updates to supervisors and families.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that helps students reach their potential.
