Job Description

This contract position invites you to utilize your expertise to help students reach their individual goals and provide valuable assistance to educators and families. Working closely with a dedicated team, youll deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral support that fosters student success and personal growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required
  • Previous experience providing direct ABA services to children or adolescents, ideally within a school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
  • Demonstrated patience, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
  • Familiarity with data collection and behavior intervention plans
  • High school diploma or higher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior
  • Support students individually or in small groups to promote academic, social, and behavioral growth
  • Assist in developing a positive, supportive learning environment
  • Communicate progress and observations to supervising clinicians and educational staff
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in accordance with both school and professional standards
  • Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
