Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Previous experience working within Connecticut schools is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with patience and consistency.
• Commitment to student-centered support and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students in elementary and/or middle school settings, providing one-on-one or small group behavior support.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school staff.
• Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavioral responses.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and advisory personnel to promote positive educational outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure coordinated support.
