Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Previous experience working within Connecticut schools is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with patience and consistency.
- Commitment to student-centered support and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students in elementary and/or middle school settings, providing one-on-one or small group behavior support.
- Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and school staff.
- Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavioral responses.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and advisory personnel to promote positive educational outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure coordinated support.
