• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students and colleagues
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and sensitivity to various student needs and backgrounds
• Professionalism, reliability, and a caring, proactive attitude

Your key responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small-group behavioral support to students based on individualized plans
• Collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and related service staff to implement interventions
• Collect accurate data, document student progress, and maintain records
• Model and encourage positive behavior, supporting a safe and respectful learning environment
• Communicate observations and progress regularly to team members and supervisors
• Participate in training and professional development sessions when required
