Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification or equivalent coursework/experience in behavioral health
- Previous experience working in school settings, especially with children or adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 or small group behavioral and academic support to students
- Implement intervention plans under the supervision of certified staff or behavior analysts
