Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential valid in Texas
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions under direction of BCBA/BCaBA supervisors
  • Implement individual education and behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
  • Collect, document, and report data on student behavior and progress
  • Support teachers and staff with positive behavior reinforcement techniques
  • Participate in team meetings and family communications, contributing insights and updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times
