Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Recent experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to student success
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation
- Willingness to work on-site as part of a contract assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy and behavioral support under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Participate in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support strategies
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
- Adapt interventions based on student response and individual needs
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times
