Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Recent experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school settings
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Understanding of behavioral intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to student success
• Ability to maintain accurate and detailed documentation
• Willingness to work on-site as part of a contract assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one or small group ABA therapy and behavioral support under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Participate in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent support strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
• Adapt interventions based on student response and individual needs
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards at all times
