Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification is required.
- Experience supporting students in Connecticut preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans and collect relevant data.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and advisory staff to support student success.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students in elementary or middle school.
- Monitor, record, and report progress on student goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed.
