Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Previous experience providing ABA services in educational or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and maintain a compassionate, supportive environment
• Commitment to uphold ethical standards and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on student progress and behavioral responses
• Deliver direct 1:1 or small group behavior support services in classroom and school environments
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff to reinforce strategies
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development sessions
