School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RBT to support students in both 1:1 and small group settings within a school environment. This role focuses on working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), behavioral support needs, and learning disabilities to promote academic, social, and behavioral success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to students
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and support IEP goals
- Assist with behavior management, transitions, and daily routines
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with students with ASD or behavioral needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $40.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
